NEMO Webinar | zBMS hardware unveiled: enabling next-generation battery management

Jun 13, 2025
Online event

Next June 13th, meet NEMO's partners involved in shaping the future of battery technology during our very first webinar, dedicated to unveiling the innovative zBMS hardware.

Mark your calendars! On 13th June 2025, from 11:30 to 13:00, NEMO is hosting its first webinar, dedicated to unvelining our zBMS hardware.

About NEMO

We aim to develop an optimised Battery Management System (BMS) by combining innovative hardware and software concepts. A key focus lies in enhanced sensor technologies—particularly EIS measurement—and the use of electrochemical and physical models to better characterize and manage battery cells. This approach is essential to better exploit the potential of the cell, improve energy efficiency and safety.

The Webinar

This event will provide an overview of the key components in NEMO’s BMS architecture and the underlying technologies. The webinar is intended to highlight the corresponding hardware and their influence on software approaches in more detail (i.e., requirement of a powerful central processor to implement the innovative features), with contributions from partners CSEM, IFAT and IAV. Project partners will provide details on Aurix TC4 platform, the IFAT EIS Chip, and present real-world cycling results from zBMS developments.

Why to attend?

The webinar will offer valuable insights into the hardware demands of next-generation BMS, serving as both a knowledge-sharing opportunity and a basis for further technical alignment.
